We’re dedicated to delivering fresh, delicious coffee and a warm customer experience every time.

Order Processing & Freshness

We partner with a premium U.S.-based roaster to ensure every bag is roasted fresh for you.

Your coffee is roasted the same day it ships and is carefully hand-packed.

Because of this freshness guarantee, orders take up to 5 business days to roast and prepare for shipment.

This means you’re receiving some of the freshest coffee available anywhere online.

Shipping Times

Once your order is roasted and packaged:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Not currently available
  • International Shipping: Not offered at this time

Shipping timelines may vary during holidays or peak order times.

Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you don’t receive tracking within 7 days, please contact us at support@fuelhercoffeeco.com.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Confirm the address on your order
  3. Contact the carrier

If still missing, email us and we’ll assist you with next steps.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item so we can make it right.
