At FuelHer Coffee Co., we believe your cup of coffee should feel like a quiet moment of comfort, a spark of joy, and a little boost to your beautiful life. If your order doesn’t bring you that feeling, we’re here with compassion and ease to make things right.
Because we value your trust, we offer a Heartfelt Happiness Guarantee on every order.
COFFEE RETURNS & HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
Coffee is a consumable product, so we can’t accept physical returns once a bag has been opened (for health and safety reasons).
But your happiness is more important than the rules.
If something feels off with your coffee, simply reach out within 10 days of delivery and we will offer one of the following:
A free replacement coffee
A full refund
Store credit for a future order
No guilt. No hassle. Just honesty.
To help us take care of you quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of what you received
- A brief note describing the issue
A one-time courtesy replacement is available per customer per order.
This helps us remain generous, fair, and sustainable for everyone.
RETURNS FOR MERCH (MUGS, TEES, HATS & ACCESSORIES)
We accept returns for unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items should be in new condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Free of wear, stains, or damage
If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping may apply.
STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES
We want every order to arrive safely.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:
- Check with neighbors or a front office.
- Confirm the shipping address was correct.
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark “delivered” early.
If it still can’t be located, contact us.
We handle these situations with compassion and will work with you on a fair solution.
(Please note: replacements for stolen packages may be limited.)
ADDRESS CHANGES & DELIVERY ERRORS
If an order is shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, we’ll do our best to help, but:
- We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Please double-check your address before ordering — it saves headaches for both of us.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.
Once an order has processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
But if something feels wrong or unexpected, email us — we’re always here to help.

- Your name
- Order number
- Photos (if applicable)
- Your preferred resolution
We respond to every message within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday.
